Roebling Lights Serigraph Art Prints
Roebling Lights Serigraph Art Prints
One of my first images in the Queen City Scenes collection — this image was inspired by winter walks along the Covington riverfront.
Using reference photography, I drew this scene using the ProCreate app on the iPad. While illustrating, I was mindful to work on layers so I could separate and assign ink colors. In this case, the final color of a midnight blue was complimented by the warm stone and brick colors of the Roebling Bridge and Carew Tower as well as a more vibrant blue inspired by Roebling's copper flashing and wire cables.
SIZE: 18x24 3-color
FRAMING: Fits 18x24 frames
COLOR: Midnight Blue with Roebling Cable Blue and Golden Stone
PAPER: French Paper Construction Pure White
EDITION: Limited edition of 85, signed and numbered by the artist
2-colors and 1-color options were printed on French Paper Aged 80lb cover stock.
I posted an option for a reduced cost flawed option for $30 — during the printing process the top right corner was difficult to consistently print and these flawed prints have varying degrees of missing ink, giving the print a kind of aged look.
